(Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoshiyuki Yamada) announced today that it has secured a Series A funding round from Acrete Corporation (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Masanari Tanaka), Revamp Corporation (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Tomoyuki Yuasa), Tokai Tokyo Incubation No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazuhiko Terakado), Tokyo Kantei Co. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazuhiko Terakado), and Tokyo Kantei Corporation (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Chiemi Osada) in a third-party allocation of new shares totaling approximately 300 million yen.
We will contribute to the digitalization of society by providing a SaaS platform employing blockchain technology.
