Digital Platformer, Slash Vision Labs, and Fore- Launch Next-Generation Stablecoin Integrated Infrastructure Project

— Eliminating structural risks by integrating “Issuance × Management × Payment” through decentralized ledger technology against AI hacking risks —

Digital Platformer Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazutaka Matsuda; hereinafter “the Company”) , in collaboration with Slash Vision Labs (Headquarters: Singapore; CEO: Shinsuke Sato) and Fore- Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yuto Tanaka) , has launched a joint project to build a “Next-Generation Stablecoin Integrated Infrastructure” that unifies the issuance, management, and payment of stablecoins.

This infrastructure targets a wide range of operators of existing settlement systems, including financial institutions, prepaid payment providers, fintech companies, and platform operators.

Background and Challenges: Emergence of AI Threats and Limitations of Legacy Systems

In recent years, cyberattacks have become automated and sophisticated due to the evolution of advanced AI models, with their scale and frequency increasing dramatically. International organizations and governments recognize AI-originated cyber risks to financial systems as a critical future challenge.

Traditional systems that centrally manage balances and data on servers possess structural weaknesses, such as Single Points of Failure (SPoF). Once compromised, these systems are directly vulnerable to large-scale tampering and unauthorized leaks.

To fundamentally resolve these structural issues, it is essential to migrate to stablecoin payment infrastructures utilizing decentralized ledger technology (blockchain), which lacks a single point of failure and excels in tamper resistance. Since the 2023 amendment of the Payment Services Act in Japan, stablecoins have shifted from speculative assets to being positioned as “next-generation financial infrastructure”.

Solution: Integrated Infrastructure Unifying “Issuance × Secure Management × Payment Utilization”

This project aims to build an integrated platform where companies can safely and easily issue, manage, and use stablecoins. By unifying three domains—”Issuance and Authentication,” “Secure Management (AML/Compliance),” and “Payment Utilization”—into a single interface, it significantly reduces the complexity of implementing financial functions.

This allows businesses to incorporate high-level financial functions into their services with both security and development speed, without the need for individual implementation.

The Roles of the Three Companies: Why These Three?

  • Digital Platformer Co., Ltd. — Issuance Infrastructure: Providing a secure issuance and authentication infrastructure utilizing MPC (Multi-Party Computation) and decentralized IDs (DID/VC) through their “MySov” platform. This ensures human authenticity in the era of AI agents and fundamentally deters unauthorized access.
  • Fore- Co., Ltd. — Secure Management: Providing a real-time AML and fraud detection infrastructure. Their risk control engine analyzes addresses, IPs, and behavioral signals across the blockchain to decompose and block attack conditions in real-time. This creates an “anti-fragile” structure that becomes stronger the more it is attacked.
  • Slash Vision Labs — Payment Utilization: Providing a flexible payment infrastructure based on a patented non-custodial architecture. This technology enables users to retain control over their assets while performing settlements and liquidations, such as through the USDC-backed “Slash Card”.

Future Outlook

The project aims to provide this integrated infrastructure to financial institutions and platform providers who face structural risks or limitations in their legacy systems. This platform is designed to coexist and collaborate with existing financial infrastructure, allowing for gradual introduction and expansion.

Through this project, the three companies will promote the implementation of safe and sustainable next-generation financial infrastructure based on decentralized ledger technology, accelerating the social adoption of stablecoins.
