Integrating Regional Tourism, Behavioral Data, and Crisis Management
“My RouteBase” Officially Launches with DID/VC-Enabled Stamp Rally Function
— Switches to a “Shelter Map” in Emergencies; Functions as a Collaborative Platform Connecting Communities in Normal Times —
Digital Platformer Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazutaka Matsuda) is pleased to announce that it will officially launch My RouteBase, a regional tourism solution integrating digital identity and community collaboration through decentralized ID (DID) and Verifiable Credentials (VC) technology, on November 15, 2025.
“My RouteBase” is a tourism DX platform that links users’ participation records in tourism, local experiences, and events with our DID/VC system (MySov).
At the same time, it serves as a completely new “borderless local participation infrastructure” equipped with a disaster response function that instantly switches to a shelter map in the event of an emergency.

Product Features
1. A mechanism that “verifies” the experiences of both residents and visitors
My RouteBase transforms regional exploration from mere behavioral data into verifiable participation records (VCs) securely stored in each user’s digital wallet.
Activities such as visits to tourist attractions, restaurants, historical sites, cultural properties, as well as community events and citizen-led initiatives like beach cleanups, are visualized and verified.
Each VC can be disclosed selectively at the user’s discretion and can be utilized for continuous engagement initiatives, such as e-residence registration (relationship population programs), revisit benefits, and local coupons.
2. Switches to a “Shelter Map” in emergencies — a citizen science platform integrating disaster prevention and tourism
While functioning as a stamp rally map under normal conditions, the system can instantly switch to a shelter map during emergencies.
This mechanism also supports borderless travelers, including foreign tourists, functioning as a digital disaster-response layer that allows anyone to register their evacuation location using just a smartphone.
Through this feature, information such as “who participated in what local activity” becomes a shared infrastructure that can protect lives in times of crisis.
3. Provide analysis dashboard
Provides detailed analysis results such as heat maps by time of day, behavioral trends by visitor attribute, length of stay, revisit rate, and correlation of VC acquisition spots to the local government dashboard. This enables visualization and policy reflection of tourism effects that could not be grasped in the past.
4. Realization of borderless touring and co-creation experiences through Web3 technology
Linked to MySov, a self-sovereign ID based on world-standard DID technology.
It is a universal design that allows anyone to participate in the stamp rally by simply creating a wallet from their smartphone, regardless of whether they are in Japan or overseas.
This will enable cross-regional tour promotion measures (e.g., integration of stamp rallies through collaboration among multiple municipalities) in wide-area tourism zones such as the Setouchi area to be managed and participated in with a single wallet in the future.
5. first introduction in Kasaoka City: “Japanese Heritage” and “Gourmet” two rallies in operation for the first time
This product will begin operation in Kasaoka City, Okayama Prefecture, as a preliminary demonstration on November 15, 2025.
The following two campaigns will go live
- Setouchi Stone Heritage Rally
A round-trip experience to explore thousands of years of stone culture and the cultural heritage spots that make up the Japan Heritage List. - Kasaoka Town “Ichi-Oshi” Discovery Rally
Citizen-participatory rally to discover “undiscovered Kasaoka gourmet” by visiting local restaurants and hidden spots.
In both cases, VC (proof) is given to the wallet through QR code check-in, and a history of activity is accumulated.
6. future development
My RouteBase will be offered in a SaaS format, with the following enhancements and developments planned.
- Linkage with regional points and eResidence VC (related population measures)
- Regional certificates, certificates of participation, and certificates of contribution (e.g., cultural asset certification) through NFT collaboration
- Making Web3-type DAOs and citizen science participation history (e.g., environmental conservation, traffic surveys, etc.)
- Cyclical ecosystem design linking regional tourism with local currencies, donations, and community funds, fostering participation and sustainable engagement.
