Basic Policy on Information Security

1.Purpose

As a trusted platform provider, we aim to earn and maintain customer trust by preventing security incidents related to customer information and minimizing any potential business losses.

Furthermore, in light of the increasing diversity, sophistication, and complexity of cyberattacks, the organization appoints a Cybersecurity Manager to establish and maintain an effective cybersecurity management framework. This framework aims to appropriately manage cybersecurity risks and to ensure the safety and reliability of our information systems through measures such as strengthening login authentication, monitoring, and detecting unauthorized access.

Digital Platformer Corporation offers platforms essential for the issuance of digital currencies and digital IDs. Our mission is to help our users, primarily through financial institutions and local governments, use our services with peace of mind and to spread financial inclusion around the world.

2.Definition of Information Security

Information security is defined as the safeguarding and maintenance of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

3.Scope of Application

This policy applies to all information related to business activities under the management of our company.

4.Implementation Measures

To achieve the objectives of this policy, we will:

• Establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and continuously improve an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to protect all information assets within the scope of application from threats such as unauthorized access, data leaks, alteration, loss, or destruction.
• Handle information assets in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Develop and periodically review preventive and recovery procedures to ensure continuity of business activities in the event of major disruptions or disasters.
• Conduct information security education and training regularly for all employees within the scope of application.

5.Establishment of Information Security Management System

We will develop and maintain an information security management framework to ensure the appropriate protection of all information assets under our management.

6.Establishment of Information Security Regulations

Based on this basic policy, we will establish and implement detailed internal regulations to ensure effective governance of information security.
