Article 5 (Change of Purpose of Use)
Each municipality and private company that uses the personal information shall change the purpose of use of the personal information only when it is reasonably deemed that the purpose of use is relevant to the purpose of use before the change.
- If the purpose of use is changed, the revised purpose shall be notified to the user or publicly announced on the website in a manner prescribed by each municipality and private company in which the information will be used.
Article 6 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
Except in the following cases, each municipality and private company that uses this service will not provide personal information to any third party without obtaining the prior consent of the user. However, this excludes cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations.
- When each municipality or private company to be used outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use

- When personal information is provided to companies affiliated with each municipality and private service to be used in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.3.

This service delegates the checking of the validity of digital certificates for signatures and the checking of authentication service information through the following module. In conjunction with this, the following user information will be provided to the module provider.

- Items of user registration information to be provided: Certificate for signature on the My Number Card and digital signature using the certificate for signature on the My Number Card.

Article 9 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When we receive a request from a User to disclose his/her personal information or records pertaining to provision to a third party in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will confirm that the request is made by the User himself/herself and disclose the information to the User without delay (if the relevant personal information does not exist, we will notify the User to that effect). (If there is no such personal information, we will notify the user to that effect. However, this shall not apply in cases where we are under no obligation to disclose such information due to the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
